Pulse

03 Oct

What has it done to me?

I used to read pages

Now just paragraphs.

I used to gasp at photos

Now I skim

What has it done to me?

Things used to scare me

Now I am placid

Moving images used to be a treat

Now I am bored without it

What has it done to me?

Stuck motionless without a pulse.
